Opioid Addiction

Professional Care Services offers Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT). MAT provides a "whole-patient" approach through medication and behavioral health therapy to adults struggling with an addiction to opioids (including heroin and prescription pain relievers containing opiates). PCS offers Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) and Vivitrol in treatment on-site for patient convenience.

Medication can help normalize brain chemistry and relieve cravings; therapy can help individuals identify and develop strategies for dealing with underlying causes that led to substance abuse.

MAT services are covered by most insurance companies and can be obtained through BHSN for those needing assistance.
