Beth Boswell, Care Coordinator, received The Andrea R. Chase Impact Award during this year's Annual TAMHO Conference. This award was instituted by TAMHO (TN Association of Mental Health Organizations) in 2021.
Andrea R. Chase was a dedicated and compassionate leader who believed those experiencing mental illness could lead meaningful and productive lives.
She understood that system transformation requires everyone working together. Andrea avoided the spotlight, but was the first to volunteer, working behind the scenes, working, advocating, and making systems work.
This award honors outstanding individuals from TAMHO member organizations whose efforts are frequently unrecognized but are truly needed for the system to be successful. Like Andrea, Beth exemplifies the belief that everyone can experience recovery and lead a full and productive life.
Beth has been employed with PCS for 37 years and serves as a Continuous Treatment Team (CTT) Care Coordinator at the Covington site location. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure her clients, and their families receive the best care so a productive life can be led. Her dedication is unwavering and an example to many.
Congratulations, Beth, on your honor! We are proud to have you as a part of the PCS team!
