Positions we frequently recruit for include:

Care Coordinator

Care Coordinators provide support services to children and adult clients through ongoing assessment, monitoring, coordination of services, referrals, and treatment planning. PCS participates in the state's care coordination program, Tennessee HealthLink, which aids in bridging the gap between mental and physical health. 

Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 credit hours in a social services discipline such as social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field.

Therapist

Licensed and non-licensed therapists provide support services to children and adult clients referred by agencies or physicians through ongoing evaluations and assessments for individual, family, or group treatment.

Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.

Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioners, both full-time and part-time, provide support services to children and adult clients through medication management. Eligible providers can access educational loan repayment as part of the National Health Service Corps (Click to open).

Qualifications: Must have a valid state APRN license.

Internships

At PCS, we welcome interns. We believe one of the best ways to learn is through hands-on experience.
